Mr. Niece was formerly International Trade Compliance Manager for a Fortune 500 company and has over 30 years experience in international trade and compliance activities. This includes responsibility for International Customer Service functions, design and implementation of a computer system specifically for international order management, and management of the International Trade Compliance function. This background provides Mr. Niece with the unique ability to not only understand the regulatory requirements with which the exporter and importer must comply, but, just as importantly, the requirements necessary to integrate an effective, efficient compliance program into the client’s existing processes.
Mr. Niece has been active in both U.S. and non-U.S. operations in training and implementation of programs to assure compliance. His skills include expertise in the following as well as other compliance requirements:
